Janet Berzins is delighted to be performing in her tenth Tapestry Players production, most recently in last year's production of A Christmas MemoryMy Fair Lady, Driving Miss Daisy. She has been fortunate to perform with Queensbury Theatre, Fort Bend Symphony Orchestra, Theatre Under the Stars, Bayou City Concert Musicals, Main Street Theater, Mildred’s Umbrella and other Houston theater companies. Janet has acted in productions in Illinois, her home state, the San Francisco bay area and Bangkok, Thailand where she was Choir Director at the International Church of Bangkok. She enjoys acting in film and commercials and is represented by PB Talent. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama from the University of Houston. Janet is a member of St. Luke’s and loves singing in the Chancel Choir.

Chris Szeto-Joe made his Tapestry Players debut in our first production of A Christmas Memory last season. For Chris, the highlight of being an actor is creating realities and experiences that might otherwise be out of reach. Most recently he has performed in the Dirt Dog Theatre Co. 2020 Student Playwright Festival and Cone Man Running’s 5 Minute Mile. Some of his other credits include Peter Shaw in Silent Sky, Husz in A Bright Room Called Day, and Linus in You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown. When he’s not onstage, he enjoys voice acting, singing, folding origami, and playing video games. He graduated from Southwestern University with a BA in Theatre, where he starred in everything from musicals to dramas to comedies. Chris would like to give special thanks to his family for their love and support and to Sid Davis and St. Luke’s for their warm welcome.
