Program and Luncheon: Mental Health, Depression and Aging – What to Watch For and How to Help

October 6 | 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. | ES314
We hear it all the time. Social isolation is a major cause of decline in the health and well-being of older adults. How do social isolation, depression and mental health issues affect us as we age and how can we help others when we see it in them? Brent Lawless, LPC with The Harris Center for Mental Health, joins us to talk about how mental health impacts senior adults. Registration requested - required for lunch by 10/5.
