Middle School Fall Retreat 2024

Join us for an incredible weekend away at Stoney Creek Ranch, on September 27th-29th. It will be a weekend filled with games, worship, teaching and so much more!

Friday

• 5:15pm Parents/Students arrive for Check-in @ St. Luke’s
• 6:00pm Depart for Stoney Creek Ranch (box dinner on the bus)
• 8:00pm Arrive at Stoney Creek Ranch | Get situated in cabins
• 8:15pm Leaders Huddle
• 8:30pm Opening Session
• 9:30pm Small Group Time in Cabins 
• 10:00pm Smores 
• 10:30pm Head back to cabins for the night
• 11:00pm Lights Out 

Saturday

• 8:00am Rise and Shine!
• 8:30am Breakfast
• 9:00am Leaders Huddle
• 9:30am Session #2
• 11:15am Small Group Time | 6th Grade Confirmation Time
• 12:00pm Lunch on the Lake
• 2:00pm Zipline | Lake Activities | Pool | Snack Shack
• 5:15pm Shower
• 6:00pm Dinner
• 6:45pm Session #3
• 8:15pm Small Group Time
• 9:00pm Talent Show
• 10:45pm Lights Out
