Holy Yoga for the Wise - Cancelled until after 4/5/2020

Holy Yoga is a Christ-centered class that incorporates breath, movement, prayer, worship music and bible scriptures. This class is designed specifically for persons aged 60 years and better. There is no charge for the class ($10 donation per class is suggested). Bring your own mat if you have one. Registration not required. THE CLASS IS CURRENTLY NOT MEETING AND WILL RESUME WHEN APPROPRIATE.
