Virtual Program: Health Care Rights and Responsibilities as a Patient

When you go to a new doctor or hospital, you are given information about your rights and responsibilities as a patient.  When was the last time you read this document?  Dr. Peggy Determeyer, McGee Fellow and Director of the Community Bioethics and Aging Center at the Hope and Healing Center & Institute, will review some of the key features of advance directives, consider questions to discuss with family members, and explain ways that you can assure that your health care wishes will be followed. Advance registration required by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, July 1. Registrants will receive the Zoom link the morning of the program.
